Answering calls and data entry (moderate call volume)
Preparing reports, processing new accounts
Sales inquiries, resolving discrepancies, coordinating order process
Strong written and verbal communication
Prior experience handling major retailers is a must
Must possess strong work ethics, be capable of multi-tasking, detail oriented, with ability to prioritize and achieve goals
Demonstrate effective people skills
Prior AS400 and EDI experience a plus
Comp literate Word/Excel
Minimum 2 years prior experience as a CSR in the apparel industry.
